Supervision for LPC-Associates & Graduate Interns
Rooted in growth, integrity, and cultural responsiveness.
At Refresh Counseling & Coaching PLLC, we believe that the foundation of great clinicians begins with intentional, reflective, and supportive supervision. Our supervision program is designed to help emerging counselors develop their clinical voice while honoring the lived experiences, identities, and values that shape their practice.
My Supervision Style
My approach is a mix of mentorship and collaboration. I’m not just here to check boxes, I’m here to walk with you, celebrate your growth, challenge you when needed, and hold space when the work gets hard. I draw from my own clinical experience using EMDR, VICEFT, IFS, and somatic approaches, and I tailor support to your unique journey as a therapist.
Who I work with
I work best with associates and students who are:
- Open to receiving and integrating feedback as part of their growth process
- Curious and eager to learn beyond the textbook and into real-world application
- Reflective and willing to explore their own identities, biases, and inner work
- Committed to providing inclusive, trauma-informed care
- Passionate about serving marginalized and underrepresented communities
